The R-3564 is ideal for commercial and industrial carts, cranes and other material transfer vehicles. Double flanged wheels ensure the best in safety—especially where tracks may have inconsistent geometries or where excessive debris may be common. Double flanged wheels are best suited for keeping industrial carts on track by providing additional guidance. The R-3564 is made from high-quality cast steel for high performance and long-term durability. Custom machine finishes/profiling, heat treatments and bushings are available. While some bushings have lubricant built in, other applications require manual lubrication, particularly when used without bushings. For this reason, the R-3564 contains a grease fitting for easy application of oil. Note: Reliance Foundry establishes safe working loads for all wheels, but an engineer may be required to ensure suitability for specific applications.
