We’re hiring an IT Systems Administrator to lead our company’s IT department. You will run an integrated cloud-based ERP/CMS (NetSuite) system and provide in-house technical support. As the first point of contact on all IT related tasks, you will setup and maintain company software/hardware systems; identify and resolve day-to-day technical problems; and install, diagnose, and repair all hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation and systems performance.
Not only will you need to deploy the best hardware, software and settings available; you’ll also need to understand complex problems, propose quality solutions, and troubleshoot systems and networks. Gary Numan’s song “I Dream of Wires” is about you!
In-house peer training can be provided to candidates looking to advance in their career.

Position to commence: ASAP
NetSuite administration: Provide maintenance and support of ERP (NetSuite) system including programming/scripting, configuration, customization, and user assistance.
NetSuite data architect: Work with engineering, marketing, and our website team to design, set up, and manage items in NetSuite and on our website.
Responsible for network management and support, including ISP accounts, DNS, modems, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, cabling, NAS drives, security, and backups for approximately 30 PCs and related hardware on a peer-to-peer network administration.
